HAIKU FOR PEACE
https://www.facebook.com/events/1572559833008065/
HELP US SPREAD THE MESSAGE OF PEACE!
For the 3rd Annual Remembering Sadako and the 70th Anniversary of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the JACCC invites you to write a haiku about peace and post it on our wall.
At the conclusion of Remembering Sadako in mid-September, copies of the haiku will be sent to Hiroshima and Emanuel A.M.E. Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
Come down to JACCC to write your haiku and place it on our wall or post on our Facebook event wall below and we'll transcribe and place your haiku on the wall in the JACCC. We hope to gather haiku from people of different backgrounds and languages. Help us spread the message of peace!
To ensure that your haiku gets recorded and placed on our wall in the JACCC, be sure to write your haiku using the "write post" button directly below this event page description.
